To reach the height of our potential has been the drive of humanity since I can remember, it seems programmed into our DNA.

Yet often when we obtain our goals the gains can feel so fleeting?  So we quickly seek to fulfil another desire just to touch that feeling once again, however brief.

Devotion is the missing link; it is the power that helps us build a sustainable bridge to the ‘inner harmony’ that we seek through multitudes of desires.

In this workshop we seek to uncover the true face of devotion and understand what it may mean to us at a personal level.  Devotion is beautifully nuanced, our job is to find the key that works for us ……… and it may not be what we thought it was!

In this Integrated Kundalini workshop; we shall harness the power of the summer solstice/ Midsummer to build a bridge to inner peace, using Kriya, Meditation and Mantra in the spirit of devotion.
