The start of May is empowered by the energy of Beltane. In Celtic Myth, the Green Man and the Goddess Flora preside. They represent the bursting fertility of the earth at this time. There is a union of the masculine and feminine; the energies of creation, vitality & Joy are ripe. It is a good time to seek blessing & guidance for our lives & creations.

In this Masters & Angels special we shall connect to powerful frequencies to infuse our intentions with grace and dissolve hindrances on our path.

For this ‘special event’, we shall be adding a short kundalini inspired preparatory practice, which will support the subtle body to receive energy frequencies.

Masters & Angels – group classes are a fantastic way to experience the power of healing as well as learn about the higher realms. The classes are interactive, with beginners made to feel especially welcome. It’s a great way to get acquainted with this type of work, make friends and talk openly to people about your experiences in this field.

The session takes the form of a guided meditation using energy transmissions from the ascended masters angels & source. This energy helps us realise our inner light and power, helping us to let go of blocks that stop us from moving forward in life. The energy is normally received while lying down (there are mats, blankets, cushions etc) or equally you can sit in meditation pose or on a chair.

The transmission effects everybody differently, there is no right or wrong, your experience is valuable whatever it is! Most people report feeling relaxed, greater clarity on an issue or felt something lift from them, it can be very physical while others may feel nothing. The key is to surrender and allow the experience to unfold. At the end we have chance to integrate our experiences and you may share your experience with the group if you wish.
